An excellent introduction to the Lucia N°03.  Ideal for someone who wants to find out what Light Traveling can do.

INTRODUCTION:

  • A trained light attendant answers any questions the light traveler may initially have

  • Appropriate music is chosen to accompany the session. Traveling Light Chicago recommends the Light Traveler pick music they find positive, calming, or meditative. The world's best noise-canceling Bose Q25 headphones as well as a Spotify-enabled iPad is provided. Spotify is a vast collection of music, but does not have everything. Please feel free to bring along your own music and device.

  • Pre-programed demonstrations of different levels of theLucia  N°03 Hypnagogic Light Machine.  Approximately 12 minutes of Light.

Tune-In:

  • Travelers will be guided through some very light breath work and relaxation techniques which encourage the Traveler to tune into their body and state of mind in the ‘present’ while letting go of any outside concerns for the duration of the experience. Learning to let go, is the central element of a light session.

Demos:

  • Pre-programed demonstrations of different levels of the Lucia N°03 Hypnagogic Light Machine.  Approximately 12 minutes of Light demonstrations and dialogue.

Complete Program:

  • After the demos are complete, the Traveler and Attendant together choose a long program based on desired duration, frequency sequence and intensity. These programs range in duration, 12 to 40 minutes.

THE USAGE OF LUCIA N°03 LIES AT YOUR LIABILITY.  THIS SYSTEM SHOULD NOT BE USED IF YOU ARE UNDER 18 YEARS, PREGNANT, OR SUFFER FROM STROBE INTOLERANCE – I.E. DUE TO A PSYCHOLOGICAL CONDITION (PSYCHOSIS, ANXIETY DISORDER, ETC.) OR MEDICAL CONDITIONS such as EPILEPSY or have a HISTORY of SEIZURES.

PLEASE NOTE: THE LUCIA N°03 IS A POWERFUL BRAIN ENTRAINMENT TOOL. IT IS NOT NECESSARY TO COMBINE IT WITH OTHER BRAIN ENTRAINMENTS (SUCH AS BINAURAL BEATS)

The Lucia N°03 hypnagogic light machine is not a medical treatment or therapeutic device.  Instead it turns to consciousness as a state of health and wellbeing which is always available when not obscured by daily distractions and thought processes.
